As an oenologist, I am behind the taste of our wines. From the vine to the bottle, I accompany every drop and make sure that the quality is right - and sometimes it becomes a small miracle.

My everyday life: between the vineyard & tennis court

My day starts with laboratory samples, tastings and a keen sense for the perfect moment. A good glass of Petite Arvine at the end is of course part of it!
