Johannisberg, also known as Sylvaner or Gros Rhin, is the second most important white grape variety in Valais.
It impresses with its fresh and elegant style, as well as its aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and a subtle floral note. Johannisberg is characterized by its lively acidity and fine minerality, which give it a refreshing, balanced structure.
This wine harmonizes particularly well with seafood, grilled vegetables and light fish dishes.
