Validity of the GTC
By sending an order to Josef Glenz & Töchter AG, the customer confirms that he has read these GTC and agrees to them.
Minimum order quantity
6 bottles for cork wines and 15 bottles for screw cap wines.
Deliveries
The goods are delivered by post or courier.
Prices
The prices valid at the time of ordering on the website apply to the order and delivery.
Value added tax
The prices include the statutory value added tax of 8.1%, VAT number CHE-467.182.600.
Returns
The right to return ordered goods only exists in the event of incorrect delivery.
Return of corked wines
Wines with a cork taste will be replaced if the fault can be determined and the bottle is still 75% full. This applies for three years from the date of purchase. Wines that exceed the recommended drinking age are excluded.
Payment options
During the ordering process, the customer has the following payment options.
In the event of late payment, interest on arrears of 5% will be charged from the 60th day and a reminder fee of 50.- per reminder.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Josef Glenz & Töchter AG until full payment has been received.
