Our Pinot Gris Spätlese, also known as Malvoisie in Valais, is only harvested overripe in November. The late harvest gives it a special concentration and elegance - a wine that masterfully combines richness and finesse.
With its golden yellow color and aromas of honey, candied fruit and oriental spices, Malvoisie beguiles the senses. On the palate, it is sweet, dense and long-lasting.
It is the proverbial icing on the cake of foie gras - but also a wonderful dessert wine that harmonizes with any dessert.
