A short maceration gives the Oeil de Perdrix its characteristic, pale pink color - an elegant rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes with tradition.
The Oeil de Perdrix seduces with its delicate color, fine fruit aromas and a wonderfully balanced freshness. Red berries on the nose, juicy and elegant on the palate, with a hint of raspberry and a refreshing finish.
